The best time to plan for postpartum support? While you’re still pregnant 🤍

The “fourth trimester” can be beautiful—but also overwhelming, exhausting, and full of questions. Securing your spot early means you’re not scrambling for support once baby arrives… you already have a plan and a trusted pediatrician in your corner.

I offer prenatal consults so we can connect before delivery—giving you the chance to:✨ Ask all your newborn care questions✨ Learn what to expect in those first weeks✨ Understand how in-home care works✨ Build a relationship with me ahead of time

Think of it as setting yourself up for a calmer, more supported postpartum experience.

Spots are limited to keep care personalized—reach out during pregnancy to reserve yours 💛

RSV is a common virus that affects the respiratory tract. In most older children and adults, it causes mild cold-like symptoms, but in infants it can be more serious.

RSV can lead to inflammation of the small airways in the lungs making it harder for babies to breathe. Symptoms in infants may include congestion, coughing, wheezing, poor feeding, and increased work of breathing (such as fast breathing or pulling in at the ribs). While many cases are mild, RSV is one of the leading causes of hospitalization in young infants, particularly during fall and winter seasons. This year RSV season is extending into the spring.

Premie parents- It is important to correct for prematurity when it comes to evaluating your baby’s milestones. Prematurity should be taken into account while evaluating the developmental milestones for any baby born prior to 37 weeks and should continue until they turn 2 years old.

I have always loved to learn. I also love revisiting what I already know and coming to understand it in a deeper way. Parenting and doctoring both give me the opportunity to learn new things every day and it’s a big part of the reason I love doing both!
