While each client's goals differ, they often include; improving cognitive and behavioral skills, finding ways to compensate where certain skills may be lacking, and, ultimately, gaining greater independence. Vegas Cares will never be in good hands with her running it. Ask the labor board if you don’t believe me. Ask all the people who came and went because of non payment, etc etc. Her greed for money has turned this business upside down and eventually will get closed down. The dreams and ideas I had is shattered and I prayed I could’ve saved everything. I apologize to all of Vegas and the world I feel like I let yall down! I deeply apologize and wish you all the best. All my medical facilities don’t be afraid to report these providers such as APRNS (Nevada state nursing board), MDs, and other providers Medicaid allow to bill for services. I’ve experienced providers not send in their notes for weeks or even months! In addition to leaving patients charts unsigned and incomplete for months! How is a business supposed to obtain revenue with such behavior from these “professionals “? How as an employer I should respect such behavior? I’ve experienced they feel like they (providers) can do what they want and that’s not fair! Walking out on a case load (abandonment of patients), threatening emails & text msgs without being penalized is absurd! Defamation of character is a real crime and anyone should be punished for such! I stand with the patients FIRST NOT THESE PROVIDERS AFTER EXPERIENCING FOR 13 YEARS THE CRIMES NEVADA ALLOWS!! To all my providers who are genuinely for the work in the community and not just the money I LOVE YOU ALL! To all my provider’s that STANDS with VEGAS CARES WHOLEHEARTEDLY I STAND WITH YOU AS WELL! - Marquis Terrell Sr.
