✨ HeadsUp Community Service Day! ✨
Today a couple memebers of our teams are spending the morning at the Care Complex near Main St. & Owens, handing out essential hygiene supplies to our unhoused neighbors. Every visit reminds us how much compassion, connection, and basic support can mean to someone facing tough times.

We’re committed to continuing these trips — but we can’t do it alone. ❤️

If you’d like to support our efforts, we’re gratefully accepting donations in two forms:
🧴 Supplies — travel-size hygiene items, socks, wipes, feminine products, deodorant, toothpaste/brushes, etc.

💵 Financial contributions — every dollar goes directly toward purchasing supplies for future Care Complex visits.

We hope everyone had a peaceful and restorative holiday weekend. As we step into December—the final chapter of the year—it’s completely normal to feel a mix of emotions.

For many, this month brings joy, reflection, connection, and celebration.
For others, it can stir up pressure, stress, financial worries, loneliness, or a sense of “running out of time.”

Here’s your gentle reminder:
You don’t need a new year, a new month, or a perfect moment to begin something meaningful. Growth can happen today. Healing can start now. Rest is progress. Small steps count.

If you're feeling end-of-year stress, you’re not alone. Consider:

-Allowing yourself realistic expectations
-Setting boundaries around commitments
-Taking mindful pauses when things feel overwhelming
-Checking in with your mental health needs

In observance of Thanksgiving, our offices will be closed on November 27th and 28th. We hope everyone enjoys a safe, restful holiday with loved ones.

If you need support during this time, our after-hours line remains available.
Please call 702-922-7015 and a team member will assist you as soon as possible.

If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 immediately or go to your nearest hospital.

What an inspiring week for mental wellness in our community! We are so proud of our sister division for hosting such a meaningful and informative TMS event. The turnout, the engagement, and the genuine interest in advancing mental health care were truly uplifting.

At HeadsUp Guidance & Wellness Centers of Nevada, we are committed to supporting innovative, science-backed treatments—and TMS continues to be one of the most promising options for those struggling with treatment-resistant depression and other mental health conditions. Seeing the success of this event reminds us how important it is to keep offering education, resources, and hope.

We’re especially thankful for the thoughtful engagement from our attendees, with several choosing to move forward with a treatment package. Your trust means everything to us.
