Unblock βem βοΈ Iβm feeling brave, but not stupid. π My healer said to maintain No Contact at all costs. Now, look at God. πͺ I was struggling with feeling vulnerable on social media because people who I thought loved me (Mom, Dad, sister, sister, brother, brother, daughter, childhood friend) π― are fake, expect free help, and try to emotionally manipulate and change history. Iβm grateful that I donβt have that emptiness to lie, manipulate and deserve. I feel sorry for them, but no pity. My solo hikes in the wilderness are helping me face my fears head on πͺ If a wolf hasnβt jumped out of a cave and gnawed me to pieces, why should I be afraid of cowards? As I continue to grow, I will probably continue to add people to this list. But, nobody is coming off! ππ€£ I feel good! π

My name is Keish Mitchell and I am a Balanced Living Coach.
You may be frustrated with all the contradictory nutrition and health advice in the world. The fad diets you tried donβt produce long-term results. Itβs hard to commit yourself to extreme workout routines. Feelings of guilt arise when you indulge in the foods you crave. And the excess weight makes you sluggish.
By discovering your own nutritional and lifestyle needs you can lose weight easily. You will eat more of the foods that give you energy, improve your mood, and satisfy your cravings. Along with enjoying your physical activities instead of dreading them, youβll enhance other areas of your life such as your career, relationships, and spirituality.
We will begin with the understanding we all have the innate ability to improve our health.
In a compassionate environment we will work one on one and Iβll be your guide on the side to help you reach your goals. I will provide you with tools and resources youβll use to implement small achievable steps that will make a big impact, and create lifelong change. You will encounter stumbling blocks and setbacks and Iβll support you to overcome them. I will hold you accountability so that you stay consistent and on your path. And we will celebrate your accomplishments in becoming a better version of you.
I ate a lot of junk food food at an early age and I yo-yoed between 145 and 200 pounds in my teens and early twenties. I used extreme diets and exercises trying to keep the weight off. When I suffered a back injury, I needed to create a more balanced lifestyle. I learned over 100 different dietary theories and explored which ones work for me. By discovering my individualized nutritional needs, Iβm able to maintain a healthy weight without diets.
Not only that, I feel better mentally and I have less body pain.
