Recently, we realized we were undercutting ourselves and undercharging for the level of service we provide. We’ve built our reputation on quality, care, and white‑glove standards… but to truly deliver that experience, we need the right structure behind the scenes.
So we’re leveling up:
🔹 Implementing a full move‑in/move‑out checklist
🔹 Requiring mandatory walkthroughs with clients to understand their needs and set clear expectations
🔹 Allocating 6+ hours and a 3‑person team when needed to deliver the premium results our Las Vegas community deserves
This is part of our commitment to doing things the right way — not the rushed way. We’re learning. We’re improving. And we promise to do better.
