Welcome to my page for the new people here or even for the followers who don’t know me as well 😊!!

I often share here about my family, my Yoga Practice & my surviving Stage 4 Cancer & Racial & Social Justice.

I want to share how Yoga, Meditation, Veganism, Warrior Mindset, Faith & Prayer helped me move through Stage 4 Cancer, Single Motherhood, Wedding Planning, Marriage, Parenting, and a lot of other life issues!

In my practice, I have helped others move through different stages of Cancer, Dietary Restrictions, Post Surgery Healing, Physical Injury Rehabilitation, Pregnancy, Parenting & Hernia Healing.

Yoga & Yoga Therapy offer many options for healing both mind & body! We know life isn’t meant to just Survive, but also learn how to Thrive!!

All Yoga Classes are offered Free for Cancer Patients & Survivors.
Others are welcome to join by walking or zooming in as well.
