Beyond Wellness Medical Clinic is dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive healthcare services, including ABA therapy, Primary Care, Men’s and Women’s Health, Dietary support, and more. We are committed to patient-centered care and efficiency in scheduling to ensure an optimal experience for those we serve.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Patient Scheduler to join our team at our S. Eastern location in Henderson, NV. This full-time, in-office role is essential in ensuring seamless appointment scheduling and maintaining positive patient interactions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in scheduling for a medical practice and a strong understanding of insurance procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Schedule patient appointments for various medical services, including ABA therapy, Primary Care, Men’s Health, Women’s Health, Dietary services, and more.
- Answer incoming patient calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries and scheduling needs.
- Maintain accurate patient scheduling records and coordinate with medical staff as needed.
- Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with necessary scheduling requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a smooth and efficient scheduling experience.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in patient scheduling within a medical practice.
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies and coverage requirements.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical environment.
- Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
