If you are an experienced hospice nurse, licensed in the state of Nevada looking to make a difference when it matters most, then we want to hear from you. Pebble Creek Hospice has an opening for a Full Time RN Case Manager. Our RN Case Managers work together with our Interdisciplinary Team to ensure that our patients & their families physical, emotional & spiritual needs are met. The duties of this position include but are not limited to admissions, evaluations, and ongoing assessments of our patients and their families. The RN Case Manager is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the care of their patient load as well as assisting their team members during times of need. We work together to share our knowledge and experience with each other thus allowing us to provide the best patient care possible. Here at Pebble Creek Hospice…Comfort, Dignity and Care is our Missions call.
