What Is NutriGlamorous?

NutriGlamorous is the word we use to describe Glammers: women who are truly healthy, happy, beautiful and fulfilled — for themselves, not for others.

It’s good to be generous. Kindness is good, and needed more than ever — and you’ve been raised not to be selfish. And hard to love yourself right now in modern society- if it was any easier, the world would be a nicer, kinder place.

But, that’s the problem.

Selfishness is essential: but only in its best form. Putting yourself first is seen as undesirable, cruel — and sometimes, just plain impossible. But, if you don’t take care of yourself first, how can you have anything left to give others? If you’re not 100% happy, healthy and motivated, how can you do whatever you were put on this Earth to do?
