I am a licensed mental health counselor & am available via appointment for tele-health. Please note that the hours listed on my page are more flexible than the ones shown. A bit about me; I'm very down to earth, use mindfulness, acceptance, meditation, talk therapy, Internal Family Systems therapy & other modalities to address childhood trauma, help you recognize that trauma is not just what happened to you but what KEEPS happening to you in your brain, how to heal from trauma & how to leave the past in the past so you can live in the present.
