At just five years old, Emperor, lovingly known as “Champ,” has already lived up to his name.

Born in Mississippi, Champ has faced complex gastrointestinal conditions that required multiple surgeries and specialized care far from home.

When his family learned he needed treatment at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Ohio, the distance and cost felt overwhelming. That’s when Miracle Flights stepped in—removing the burden of travel so Champ could focus on healing.

Today, thanks to lifesaving care and the support of Miracle Flights, Champ is more confident, comfortable, and joyful than ever. His smile shines brighter, his spirit is strong, and his family has found peace knowing he can get the care he needs, no matter the distance.

Carlos, or “Carlitos,” begins each day with joy, curiosity, and a spirit that inspires everyone around him. Born with hypotonic cerebral palsy, he relies on ongoing therapies that improve mobility and independence.

The specialists he needed were in San Antonio, far from his home in Oregon. His family was unsure how they could ever afford the long journey. Miracle Flights stepped in and lifted that burden.

“His quality of life has improved tremendously,” his mother says. “He can do so many things he could not do before.” Today, Carlitos continues to grow, learn, and shine.

Born with bilateral congenital clubfoot, Dawsyn began treatment at just 11 days old. Her family tried everything, but as she neared age five, they learned she needed tendon transfer surgery, and the specialist they trusted had relocated hundreds of miles away.
Traveling from Illinois to Florida for repeated visits felt impossible. Then Miracle Flights stepped in.

At just four years old, Isaiah approaches the world with the brightest curiosity, building puzzles, helping with projects, and greeting each day with wonder. But behind his sunny smile was a resilience shaped by a rare genetic condition and years of unanswered questions.
When local doctors could no longer provide the specialized care he needed, Miracle Flights stepped in. Because of supporters like you, Isaiah and his family were able to reach the experts at Children’s National Hospital in Washington, D.C.

The change has been life-changing.
"Now that he is on a new care plan, he is a different kid," his mom shares. "He no longer has daily stomach pain. He is confident, energetic, and finally has the independence he has long yearned for."
