Born in Mississippi, Champ has faced complex gastrointestinal conditions that required multiple surgeries and specialized care far from home.

Carlos, or “Carlitos,” begins each day with joy, curiosity, and a spirit that inspires everyone around him. Born with hypotonic cerebral palsy, he relies on ongoing therapies that improve mobility and independence.

The specialists he needed were in San Antonio, far from his home in Oregon. His family was unsure how they could ever afford the long journey. Miracle Flights stepped in and lifted that burden.

“His quality of life has improved tremendously,” his mother says. “He can do so many things he could not do before.” Today, Carlitos continues to grow, learn, and shine.
