We are a community based practice that specializes in chiropractic care for the entire family. In addition chiropractic care, we also offer Reiki, craniosacral therapy, and creative visual relaxation (CVR) sessions in our Mind Spa. Dr. Katie Radabaugh is a dedicated perinatal chiropractor with a passion for supporting growing families. Currently pursuing her pediatric specialization, she brings compassionate, expert care to parents and little ones alike. Dr. Katie is a loving mom, dog mom, and military spouse. She has been practicing for the past six years in Colorado, the Florida Panhandle, and now Las Vegas, where she’s excited to serve and support families in this next chapter.

Stay tuned…we will be expanding and opening a second location in Henderson in the upcoming weeks!
