Hi! Allow me to reintroduce myself!

My name is Gabrielle Burton and I’m an LMFT. I love working with women of color in their 20’s and 30’s dealing with anxiety, depression, career difficulties, relational issues, coping/overcoming narcissistic abuse, childhood trauma and exploring entrepreneurial endeavors. I often implement a variety of experiential techniques in my approach with clients and incorporate mind/body connections as I have extensive experience leading psychodramas in therapeutic retreat settings in person and online.

I encourage my clients to bring a journal or sketch pad to session to use throughout their therapeutic journey so they can see their progress!

Currently I am seeing clients via telehealth but have 1 day in person availabile and am accepting new clients! I do not accept insurance at this time, I’m Cash pay only but I do have a couple different options for clients in terms of financial support.

I often implement a variety of expressive arts in my approach with clients and incorporate mind/body connections. I encourage my clients to bring a journal or sketch pad to session that they use throughout their therapeutic journey so they can see their progress! Currently I am only seeing clients via telehealth and am accepting new clients!
