A Friendship Worth Celebrating! ❤️
We just had to share this incredible moment that unfolded at Escalante at The Lakes this week! Our wonderful resident, Richard, decided to throw a surprise "Thank You" party for his dear friend, Jim, and it was the sweetest thing we've seen all year.

Jim is more than just a friend to Richard; he is a beacon of kindness and dedication for our entire community. His love for Richard and his passion for making life better for all of our residents is truly remarkable.

We are so incredibly blessed to have Jim as part of the Escalante at The Lakes family! You see, Jim selflessly volunteers countless hours here—from assisting with resident outings to helping with special projects and simply being a friend to anyone who needs one. His commitment and generous spirit lift up everyone around him.

The surprise party was a small token of gratitude for a man who gives so much. It was a beautiful reminder of the power of friendship and community.

We were treated like royalty on our field trip to a local Mexican bakery! 👑

What an absolute treat! Our residents had an incredible time visiting our friend Juan's amazing Mexican bakery today. Juan rolled out the red carpet for us and truly treated our group like kings and queens—from the warmth of his welcome to the incredible spread of pastries! It was impossible not to smile.

Honestly, driving the bus there was a highlight for me, too. Getting to spend that quality time with our residents and share in their excitement makes this the best job ever! 🚌💨

A huge THANK YOU to Jim, a wonderful family member, for setting up this whole adventure for us. We've decided to make this a monthly field trip so we can keep sampling Juan's delicious baked goods and famous sandwiches!
