💥 “no thanks, I’ll eat my fruits & veggies the ‘proper’ way” 💥
•I got a news flash for ya... there is no ‘proper’ way anymore 🙄
•Those strawberries 🍓 you ate this morning? They were picked 2 weeks BEFORE they were ripe so they could ripen on the way to the store; even though the nutrients are grown in from the soil in the last 24-48 hours of the vine-ripening process - making them almost useless to the body by the time you eat them 😳
•The broccoli 🥦 you cooked last night with your chicken and rice? If you didn’t also eat tomato at the same time, you missed half the nutrients, not to mention all the nutrients you cooked out of it... 🤦🏻♀️
•The black currant, artichokes, papaya, cabbage, beets, elderberries, & kale you ate? Oh….what was that? You haven’t eaten any of those recently? 🤭
•With these gems ⬇️, we get 30+ different vine-ripened, NSF certified fruits & vegetables in our bloodstream every. single. day. That’s BETTER than organic, my friends, and we’re not just getting the flesh of the produce - we’ve got the pits, peels, seeds, & all. (did you know 80% of nutrition in an orange 🍊is in the peel?!) 😱
•So YES!!!! You CAN eat your fruits & veg the ‘proper’ way... you’ll just have to eat at least 12 of everything you eat to get the amount of nutrition your body needs! 🤷♀️
