My partner, Gail, and I are super excited to invite you to our launch of Curvalini 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training!

Curvalini YTT is not only a way to train you to confidently and competently share yoga with others, but also guides you on your own healing journey.

This program is incredibly unique and exciting! It's a combination of Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, and Reiki. We'll teach you how to teach in a way that is trauma-informed and body inclusive.

Finally - the really exciting piece - We'll be using the Chakra System to lead you through the training!!!

We seriously cannot wait to share this YTT program with you! It's going to be an intense 16 weeks of online instruction, plus we'll give you an additional 4 weeks to complete your assignments. The program is a self- guided course with the option of attending the live instructional classes. We have our own exclusive, printable manual and a reading list of required books.

But wait, there's more! Since this is our BETA launch... we're inviting you to join us for a LOW price of $250! Our next round in 2023 WILL be several times that price. Curvy Yoga classes are a safe, body-positive space for yogis of all shapes and sizes. Classes offer body queues and options from a bigger body perspective to allow students to develop strength, flexibility, and balance while also exploring the breath and deepening awareness within our bodies.

ZERO yoga experience is required for ANY of my classes (in person, virtual, or private).

Curvylini Yoga is a Kundalini-inspired yoga class for curvy bodies. This class cultivates awareness and deep relaxation through meditation, breath work, chanting, and yoga poses (asanas). Classes offer body queues and options from a bigger body perspective to allow students to develop strength, flexibility, and balance while also exploring the breath and deepening awareness within our bodies.
