ONS Dedicated to Excellence
The Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) is a national organization of more than 27,000 registered nurses and other healthcare professionals dedicated to excellence in patient care, teaching, research, administration and education in the field of oncology. ONS Established in 1975
Since the establishment of the ONS and official incorporation in 1975, chapters had been formed to provide a network for education and peer support at the local level. Greater Las Vegas Chapter Established in 1985
Through the diligent efforts of Myra Davis, RN and Ann Hoye, RN, our organization officially became a chapter (chapter number 156) on March 15, 1985. During this time, the Greater Las Vegas Chapter had 14 local ONS members. Goals
To empower nurses, patients and the community through education and support.
