What a year for Blooming Baybees 💐
This was hands-down my best year yet — incredible outcomes, the lowest transport rate of my career (thank God 🙏), and a practice that continues to grow with so much heart.

I am endlessly proud of our amazing team — the dedication, skill, and love you pour into every family does not go unnoticed. And none of this would be possible without my supportive, patient, rock-solid family who holds me up behind the scenes 🫶

On a personal note… I also welcomed my own baby girl, Blake, into the world 💚
Born on St. Patrick’s Day, weighing 8 lb 14 oz, our 4th child, and born at home 🍀🏡 — the luckiest little girl and the greatest reminder of why I do this work.

As we head into 2026, we’re so excited for another year of personalized, family-centered care for the amazing families we serve — and we’ve got some fun announcements coming soon with new things for the office and our team 👀✨ Stay tuned!

1. Rest and prioritize self-care: After giving birth, it’s important for new moms to focus on resting and recuperating. Make sure to get as much sleep as possible, accept help from family and friends, and prioritize self-care activities such as eating nutritious meals, staying hydrated, and taking short breaks to relax.

2. Seek support: The postpartum period can be challenging both physically and emotionally. It’s important for new moms to seek support from their partner, family members, friends, or healthcare providers. Joining a new moms’ support group or talking to other moms who have been through similar experiences can also be helpful.

3. Listen to your body and communicate with your healthcare provider: Pay attention to your body’s signals and communicate any concerns or symptoms with your healthcare provider. It’s important to attend follow-up appointments with your healthcare provider to ensure that you are healing properly and to address any postpartum issues that may arise, such as postpartum depression or breastfeeding difficulties.

Remember, every new mom’s postpartum experience is unique, so it’s important to listen to your own needs and seek help when necessary.
