In the full interview Dr. P***a explains his journey with extreme symptoms which stemmed from routine switches from mercury fillings to gold early in his career. This is not a new concept, we have been talking about the toxicity of these for so long. And yet, so many of us are walking around with them still in our mouths. After the interview I called my 2 best friends to talk about this and learned even they still have several of these toxic amalgams.! I want to go into depth about the right way to remove them.

A few quick tips from and .hankwilliams :
🤕 1. spend about a month before extraction preparing the detox organs for the removal. Ideally, work with someone who knows your health issues and genetics for optimal prep. Testing heavy metals with urine and challenge agent during this time can establish a baseline.
2. See a biological/holistic dentist who is practiced and prepared to remove them safely.
3. Remove them in sections if you have more than one, separate procedures spaced out 1 week to 1 month apart.
4. Retest heavy metals! Work with your practitioner to get on an effective binding chelation protocol cycled correctly! I recommend Which Dr. P***a created by working with Andy Cutler (a chelation protocol we traditionally used) ———————-
