HIRING & RETENTION BONUS !!!!!
500$ at successful completion of 90 days and another 500$ at successful completion of 180 days.
We are seeking primarily a LCSW or LMFT, but will consider licensed professional counselor based on experience and education, to join our team!
You will provide individual recovery-oriented services via telehealth or in person formats. No weekend or holiday hours are required- make your own schedule!
You will have the flexibility of a private practice setting without the financial responsibility of overhead, billing, etc and would be servicing a federal contract with a consistent & predictable caseload / number of hours per week.
Work 4 hours, 10 hours or more per week... it's your choice! Furnished office space and comprehensive administrative support provided including scheduling & billing.
(This is an "independent contractor" position which means you are paid as a 1099 not a W2 ie no taxes are deducted from your pay check).
Responsibilities:
Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues
Offer assistance to individuals with substance abuse issues
Provide prevention-oriented therapy services using CBT modality.
Implement and review treatment plans
Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies
Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
Current mal practice insurance
Current business license
Qualifications:
Unrestricted license to practice independently in Nevada
Must have own lap top computer
Ability to pass federal background check
Familiarity with cloud based applications/ software preferably with Apple products
Ability to comfortably edit, create & share PDFs, Word Documents, Excel spreadsheets
Familiarity & skill in using EMR, as well as ZOOM or other platform for HIPAA compliant telehealth services
Familiarity with community mental health resources
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong time management as well as writing skills
