Dr. Velazquez attended the University of Nevada, Reno for his undergraduate degree and then went on to Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri for dental school. Dr. Velazquez graduated in 1989 and has been practicing since 1991. Although he has graduated, Dr. Velazquez still continues on expanding his knowledge in dentistry by attending seminars and continuing education classes. Nikki and Me

lissa are our wonderful hygienists who are very knowledgeable and can answer any questions you may have about oral health. Rosie has been a dental and front office assistant of Dr. Velazquez for over 20 years. Rosie knows the in's and out's of this office. She can answer questions you may have regarding appointments or our office. Virginia is the dental assistant who makes sure the doctor has everything he needs at hand and makes sure that the patient is taken care of. Dr. Velazquez and his staff strive to provide the best dental experience as soon as you walk through our door. We are also happy to say that our office can communicate fluently in both English and Spanish.

Good morning! As most of our patients know, Dr. Velazquez has begun his transition into retirement. Dr. Velazquez took into consideration his options and ultimately wanted to keep his office privately owned. That being said, he has passed the baton to Dr. Nathan Chu who was born and raised in Houston, Tx and completed his professional degree out in Phoenix, AZ. With all the invested hours of experience under his belt, Dr. Chu offers comprehensive dentistry that also include but are not limited to cosmetics, implant placement, and more. The goal is to keep as much under one roof for the convenience of our patients!
