Hi guys!

Time to reintroduce myself. My name is Sarah and I am a pelvic floor and orthopedic physical therapist with a strong passion for the transition phase out of physical therapy and back to doing what you love. I've finally opened my own practice after 15 years in the health and wellness industry and it feels pretty amazing to be able to now practice how I want to get all of you back pain free and doing what you deserve and enjoy to do!

My family and I relocated from Boston in the last year and are new to adventuring around upstate NY. Looking forward to finding all the good foodie spots. We love breakfast places and any ethnic food. We are also suckers for mountains and any pretty body of water. All recommendations welcome 🍜

My love for kettlebells is also strong. Which is why you can find my office within the .studio in latham!

Hey ladies.

The word prolapse can take an extreme toll on your mental health. The way it is told to us so nonchalantly is a whole other rabbit hole of a rant that I won't go down.

To clear the air. You CAN lift weights again with a prolapse. In-fact...with proper guidance, it can even improve your symptoms and often rid them. As pelvic floor physical therapists, we not only help guide you on this journey to reduce your symptoms; but, seek to power you to learn how to self manage them and take ownership back of your body during your healing journey. 💪

I've noted some key areas where focus can make a huge difference in your body when experiencing a prolapse (notice kegels are not on there). Save or tag a friend that may benefit from this list.
