There are so many benefits to receiving massage. My personal favorite, is that it brings awareness into the body in a way that may not have otherwise been experienced. I recommend having a massage once monthly.

Sixteen years ago I had a postpartum massage after my youngest daughter was born. That massage changed the course of my life! As a mom of three, I was so thrilled to experience silence and relaxation. What I didn't know was how much more I would gain from that one massage.
At that time I was a Licensed Daycare Provider, which gave me flexibility to be with my daughter's. Caring for others has always been in my nature but back then I had little to no self care regimens. I had become so busy and ultimately disconnected from myself. I had no idea that what I had been experiencing was postpartum depression.
One massage gave me the most powerful gift of AWARENESS! Experiencing what massage did for me led me to this amazing career and I couldn't be happier!
