My beautiful patient came to me bothered by droopy upper eyelids that rested on her lashes, a heavy brow and lower eyelid aging changes. She wanted to look refreshed and more like she used to.

I thoughtfully customized her surgical plan to include an upper blepharoplasty to open her eyes, a temporal brow lift that corrected crows feet and subtly lifted her upper midface, and a scarless lower blepharoplasty to reduce fat pads and add precise fat grafting to hollow areas. Together, these procedures were designed to restore her youthful expression without changing the character of her eyes. She looks refreshed but not ‘operated’.
