This patient came to me feeling unhappy with her previous implants after they had shifted over time, leading to discomfort, asymmetry, and a distorted appearance.

Revision surgery in cases like this can be especially complex due to stretched tissues and thinning skin. To restore balance and support, I replaced her implants and incorporated biologic slings to help maintain a higher, more stable position.

Her result is soft, natural, and much more in harmony with her body. ⚖️🌟

Losing the weight was a major accomplishment, but my beautiful patient still felt like something was missing in her overall shape. 🤍

She wanted to restore breast fullness and perkiness without implants, and to address the extra tissue near her armpits.

My surgical plan for her included a breast lift to reshape and elevate the breasts, natural breast augmentation with fat transfer to restore soft volume, and axillary breast tissue removal to create a smoother, more refined contour.

The goal was balance, natural fullness, and a seamless transition from chest to underarm.

From the side, she felt her nose curved downward in a way that weighed down her features. She wanted a more feminine slope and softer balance.

This early result will settle over the course of a year as swelling goes down, but our patient loves it already 🥰 It’s more refined, feminine and better balanced with her features ⚖️✨
