Thank you to Bryant & Stratton College for recognizing Wildwood as the Alumni Employer Spotlight winner! We are honored to be featured and appreciate the recognition.
A special thank you to our employee Madison Tribley for nominating us. We are so grateful for Madison's hard work, dedication, and the positive impact she makes every day!

🌟Introducing our next Alumni Employer Spotlight winner: Wildwood Programs! Nominated by Online campus graduate and current employee, Madison Tribley!🌟

Wildwood Programs is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to strengthening the well-being of people with disabilities and their families. Wildwood puts the people they support and their families at the forefront of everything they do. They actively invest in staff by strengthening workplace culture, supporting growth, and encouraging long-term commitment to the organization.

Madison was proud to share how her employer has supported her journey: "Wildwood has played a critical role in my ability to pursue higher education while continuing to do meaningful work. They have consistently provided the flexibility needed to balance full-time employment with my academic responsibilities, offered tuition reimbursement, and created space for me to actively apply my degree." This support is a major reason Madison has proudly remained with Wildwood for over six years!
