Corporate medicine, PMBs, EMRs may have taken our power, but nothing can take away our scientific brain and soul of a caregiver.

By accentuating the natural shape of the lips there are a couple of techniques in place to ensure there is no overfilling.

Here, I used the vertical tenting technique which adds height to the Cupid’s bow. By injecting within the middle section of the lips, we preserve the natural taper and contours. Lastly, targeted injections in the paramedian area create subtle yet sculpted fullness and definition in the lower lip, resulting in balanced, harmonious volume.

A common misconception I hear often is that it is beneficial to exfoliate every day, but that is false. Exfoliating every day can be harsh on the skin as it strips away the natural oils and disrupts the skin’s moisture balance. It is recommended to exfoliate no more than two to three times a week to avoid over-exfoliation and potential irritation.

By allowing the skin enough time to regenerate between exfoliation sessions, you can maintain a healthy and radiant complexion.
