4 Play Fitness was originally established to be a non intimidating enviroment for "women only" that were new to dance fitness or that had not been physically active for a period of time. We have since evolved to offer personal training sessions for both men and women, bootcamps and children's dance classes. We also offer health and fitness products which include Alkaline Water, African Black Soap

s, Shea Butters,Detoxifying Body Wraps and Liquid Herbal Supplements. We offer Pole Dance and other Dance Parties as well. we do those parties too!
