Today is our Higgy Friends meet up!!

It’s from 1-3 if you are a teen or child going through treatment for scoliosis come join us. We will be playing games todays and have a private room reserved. Parents are welcome and will be able to sit and chat with each other also.

Come see us and some of our favorite vendor friends at Hanging Out in Hurley! We will be at the fall festival and NOT the Community Center tonight, the location is just down the road.

I am so happy that I found Sofia’s Helping Hand page, but I hate how so many people feel lost and even hopeless sometimes. Sofia has taken her daily life and used it to educate others and raise awareness while supporting those who need it. Her reasons for doing what she does align with my reasons for having my page and starting Bakin’ My Way.

I hope to learn how to share information and support like she does and believe that it will come in time. I will always be a supporter of Sofia’s Helping Hand even if it’s just sharing for now. She is someone that I would like to be like and I hope I can touch as many lives in a positive way like her.

The shared post is all truth and the images shared are even more right. The second image was the truest of all though.

Bakin’ My Way needs your help collecting can tabs!!

If you drink canned beverages I am looking to collect tabs. You can remove them and my mom will help me get to you to pick them up or you can just toss the whole can in something and us pick them up and do the rest.

PT vs OT is having a tab collecting competition where I go for Schroth therapy donating tabs is just something for me to do too. It’s also for a good cause and I will find out more information Tuesday!

Hey friends!

This week has been so so busy. As a family we have had several ups and downs but each day still had good moments along with sad moments, aches and pains, and a lot of being overwhelmed. In all of it though I got a special package that really does mean more to me than most will understand but it brough a lot of happiness with it.

I got the life of a scoli girl sweater a few weeks ago and yesterday I was surprised with the scoli girl bundle.

I have met so many people and have had so many new adventures since becoming a part of Higgy Bears and will always be thankful for everything they do.

I haven’t been feeling up to videos because I don’t know what to say. If you have questions please ask it helps me learn and maybe others too. I won’t know all the answer and I may not be able to answer some at all but please just be kind that is the biggest thing. I know there are others out there that feel like I do sometimes and I don’t like it so this is my best efforts at trying to. Make a difference for now. So again please ask question it does help a lot and there are no silly questions because I’m a kid and sometimes silly is what I need most! Love ya zebras. Have a Tuesday!
