The true definition of empathy. Perfectly put.

Empathy is to hold space for someone.
Empathy is to “walk in someone else’s shoes”.
Empathy is to not about feeling exactly as they are, but rather trying to understand their feelings. Their feelings are their truth.
Empathy is not judging or trying to “fix” a person.
Empathy can help heal people and create strong supportive relationships.

This school year, Omni Blue is proudly sponsoring Ligonier Youth Football and Cheer! Lauralee, owner of Omni Blue, attended a game to cheer on the Rams! Omni Blue is located in Latrobe but proudly supports the surrounding communities.

Involvement in team sports and activities can be supportive to our mental health no matter what age. Physical activity and mental health go hand in hand. Being part of a team fosters healthy relationships and a sense of belonging.
