Hey Everyone! I’m here to share some basic information with you all about Self-Love Saturdays.

Self-Love Saturday is a event that we here at Mindfully H.E.R. host on the 2nd Saturday of every month from 12:00pm - 1:30pm. We do charge a $10 entrance fee, but don’t worry we take all forms of payment ranging from cash to a variety of digital payments.

We come together to share openly and authentically about realizations and challenges we may all face with Self-Love.

The sharing that we do helps us all learn, heal, and grow as individuals as well as a collective.

I hope that you all will come join the conversation as well as bring a friend!
