It defends.
It tries to prove its point.

But peace often begins the moment we stop needing to be right.

There is power in saying:

- Alternate nostril breathing

Close the laptop.�Open your lungs. 💻➡️🫁

Three minutes of breathing can shift your whole evening.
�Leave work at work — not in your body.

Alternate nasal breathing: 👃🏼

1. Sit comfortably with your back straight and shoulders relaxed.
2. Place your left hand on your knee.
3. Raise your right hand and fold your index and middle fingers toward your palm.
4. Use your right thumb to gently close your right nostril.
5. Inhale slowly through your left nostril.
6. Close your left nostril with your ring finger.
7. Release your thumb and open the right nostril.
8. Exhale slowly through the right nostril.
9. Inhale through the right nostril.
10. Close the right nostril with your thumb again.
11. Release the left nostril and exhale through the left nostril.
12. Repeat this cycle for 5 to 10 rounds.

Ujjayi breathing 😮‍💨:

1. Sit comfortably with your back straight and shoulders relaxed.
2. Close your mouth and breathe through your nose.
3. Slightly tighten the back of your throat as if you are gently fogging a mirror but with your mouth closed.
4. Slowly inhale through your nose while keeping the throat slightly constricted.
5. Slowly exhale through your nose while keeping the same gentle throat contraction.
6. Maintain a soft, steady ocean-like sound in the throat during both inhale and exhale.
7. Continue this slow breathing for 3 rounds
