Still feeling so grateful and honored to have presented at the 10th Annual Florida Su***de Prevention Coalition (FSPC) Conference🤍

Our workshop, SoulCollage®: Restorative Practice and Resilience in Su***de Work, focused on the emotional weight that comes with supporting others through su***de prevention, crisis, and loss. This work is deeply meaningful, but it can also be heavy. Over time, many helpers experience compassion fatigue, burnout, and spiritual exhaustion.

We created a space for reflection, creativity, and restoration—reminding those who serve that their healing, balance, and resilience matter too. Through guided imagery and creative expression, we explored ways to reconnect with purpose, manage stress, and sustain the heart needed to continue this work long-term.

So thankful to be part of a community that shows up with courage, empathy, and compassion every single day. Thank you to everyone who attended and shared in such a powerful and meaningful experience.

The work is hard, but we are not alone.

The L.O.S.S. Team had the privilege of presenting at Regional Hospital on su***de awareness, prevention, and postvention support.

Conversations about su***de can be difficult, but they are lifesaving. Through education, compassion, and connection, we work to reduce stigma and ensure that survivors and those struggling know they do not have to walk their journey alone. Sometimes the most meaningful support is simply being present and saying, “We’re here with you.”

We are thankful to collaborate with healthcare teams who share the same mission — fostering hope, strengthening resilience, and caring for our community when it matters most. 💙🤍

Yesterday, the L.O.S.S. Team and our community came together for International Survivors of Su***de Loss Day, and the gathering was profoundly moving. With more than sixty attendees, we shared a truly sacred space filled with courage, remembrance, and deep connection.

It was an honor for the L.O.S.S. Team to host this event and to stand alongside survivors as they honored their loved ones and supported one another. From the intimate breakout groups to the candlelight ceremony, every moment reflected the resilience of those who continue to carry love forward.

To everyone who joined us: thank you for showing up, for trusting us, and for reminding one another that healing happens in community.

We see you. We honor your loved ones. We hold this space with you. 💙🤍
