NO platform or plates to do Deficit Deadlifts...No problem!!

The gym is still not an option for some, so as a trainer you have to do what you can to get your clients the best workouts possible. Even with limited resources there are still creative ways to get effective work in.

We preform deficit dead lifts to improve lower back, leg and hip strength. And also to increase time under tension.
