This past Friday, we gathered with former Mississippi Speaker of the House, Mr. Philip Gunn, to learn how businesses can allocate 50% of their state tax and/or property tax to Choices Clinic through the Pregnancy Resource Act. We are grateful to Mr. Gunn for spending his Friday with us, as he encouraged local business owners and CPAs to invest in life by partnering with Choices to make a great impact in our community. Seasons change, and that is exactly what has happened in the life of our Office Manager, Melissa.

A few weeks ago, Melissa completed six faithful years of service at Choices Clinic. While we will miss her, we celebrate the new path God has called her to. Melissa is a living testimony of obedience and faith—when God says “go,” she says “yes.”

Choices Clinic is undoubtedly better because of Melissa. Her dedication, heart, and presence have left a lasting impact, and we are deeply grateful for the time she shared with us.

May this next season be full of purpose, joy, and continued blessings. Thank you, Melissa!

In March at Capitol Day our Director, Jonna and Business Manager, Denise met Mr. Philip Gunn who graciously offered his time to share the benefits of the Pregnancy Resource Act with local business owners and CPAs. We will meet August 8th, 12 pm at the Laurel Train Depot.

We had a wonderful time at our July baby shower celebrating our Choices mommas and their babies. Thank you to the ladies of Laurel First Methodist for opening your church to love our clients so well!

Our quarterly baby shower is just one way we get to show these ladies the love of Jesus; reminding them that they are seen and worthy of that love.
