Maryland City Volunteer Fire Department

Maryland City Volunteer Fire Department Volunteer Fire Department and Rescue Squad MCVFD is a combination fire company within the AACOFD with a career staffed Medic Unit and Engine.

Volunteers provide additional staffing for the engine and staff an ambulance along with a brush truck. MCVFD responds to over 1,500 medical calls annually with a county run Medic Unit and a volunteer staffed Ambulance. Fire responses are just over 1,000 yearly. With the continued development of the area, the call volume continues to grow steadily. We participate in community events throughout the year providing standby emergency services and friendly firefighter demonstrations at events in and around the Western most part of Anne Arundel County. We also participate in events in the greater Laurel area.

Friday, August 29 – before 10 a.m. and after 9 p.m.
Saturday, August 30 – before 9 a.m. and after 6 p.m.
Sunday, August 31 – before 11 a.m. and after 6 p.m.
Labor Day Monday, September 1 – before 10 a.m. and after 10 p.m.
