Full Body Gua Sha! If you are not familiar with Gua sha, massage oil is applied to your skin, and the Gua sha tools are used to scrape your muscles in a downward motion.

Gua sha is intended to address stagnant energy in the body that may be responsible for inflammation. Inflammation is the underlying cause of several conditions associated with chronic pain. By rubbing the skin’s surface is thought to help break up this energy, reduce inflammation, and promote healing.

Gua sha is generally performed on the back, buttocks, neck, arms, and legs. A gentle version of it is used on the face as a facial technique. This is done using mild pressure, and gradually increase intensity depending on the client. Full Body Gua Sha is 60 min or 90 minute session. Contact me for scheduling or for more information
