My name is Keron Crooks and I am a proud independent distributor with Herbalife Nutrition. I provide one on one coaching, meal plans, workout advice and lots of support and motivation to reach your desired goals. Before Herbalife I was the guy trying to figure it all out. I was working out 6 days a week trying to build the body of my dreams without any luck. I've always been an athlete but found that maintaining my ideal physique was getting more difficult as I aged. I used to leave the gym and go directly to the nearest fast food joint to get my "reward" meal for working out. Long gone were the days where I could eat a whole pizza pie without looking out of shape. I was using a lot of nutritional supplements from other unnamed stores without seeing any real results. It wasn't until I went to my doctors office in early 2015 where I was diagnosed with borderline high cholesterol that I decided to make a change. One of my closest friends and fraternity brother introduced Herbalife to me in late 2014 but I was very skeptical and told him no. 18 months later I was finally ready to give it a try after I saw him lose 50 pounds. I decided to hop on my nutrition plan and immediately fell in love with the products. I dropped 20 pounds of fat and put on 25 pounds of healthy weight. I'm in the best shape in my life and I have these amazing products to thank for that. I decided to become a Herbalife Distributor because of how confidently I stand behind the quality of these amazing products and our simple philosophy of 80% nutrition, 20% exercise. I started out by just sharing my results with a few friends and family members. That was enough to inspire them to get started towards attaining their own health goals. I have helped over 100 people get started towards a healthy active lifestyle and I'm always excited to help new people. I have a burning desire to impact the world and bring happiness through health and nutrition.

You see the GLORY, now read my STORY!

Picture on the left was in February 2023. Not sure who that guy is anymore. He spent the previous 18 months undisciplined and unmotivated.

I was sick and tired of being sick and tired and decided to fully commit to improving my health and fitness and gain my confidence back.

3 months later not only did I drop 10% body fat but I’ve gained lean muscle and improved my overall health and energy. I’m 36 and can say I’m in the best shape of my life for the rest of my life!

Happy Monday, Happy February and Happy Black History Month fam!

Congrats on all the goals accomplished and lessons learned in January. Take time today to reflect and celebrate yourself for all the successes in January 2020.

Now it’s time to turn the page and focus on goal setting for February. I personally like to set monthly goals that are in alignment with me overall 2021 goals and break them down into bite size week by week and day by day action steps.

That way little by little I’m working towards the bigger picture.

You got this! Affirm and believe in yourself. Let’s get it!

So many people set up goals and when they are met with a little adversity they give up and do something else.⁣

If you really want to go to Bora Bora but your flight gets canceled so you give up and settle on another destination?⁣

NO you find another way to get to Bora Bora⁣

This SAME principle applies to life and business. ⁣

ANYTHING is possible but you get have to see it through. ⁣

READ THAT AGAIN

It’s easy to get caught up in comparing yourself to others and wondering if there is something wrong with you.

Maybe others are having what you consider “more” success at their careers or life in general than you are.

What we all have to realize is that the actions of others have nothing to do with you and your success.⁣

The worse thing that can happen is you decide to let other people’s actions stop you or make your change course.

That’s when you have nobody to blame but yourself.⁣

And I get it. For much of our lives we’ve been told that we are “too much” of something. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
We’re too short, too fat, too broke, too loud etc.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
As a result most of us are afraid to even try to go after our goals and those that do end up setting the bar extremely low. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Author Brene Brown, who has written many books on vulnerability, said it best when she wrote:⁣⁣

“Vulnerability is not winning or losing; it's having the courage to show up and be seen when we have no control over the outcome. Vulnerability is not weakness; it's our greatest measure of courage.”⁣⁣

Vulnerability is:⁣⁣
• Starting over after that failed business ⁣⁣
• Recommitting to a healthier lifestyle after fallen off your ideal weight⁣⁣
• Saying ‘yes’ to love again after previous heartbreaks⁣⁣

• Asking for help⁣⁣

Allowing yourself to be vulnerable is about embracing dicomfort and using it in a way to enhance your life experience⁣⁣

1. DARE TO SHOW UP no matter how uncomfortable, unprepared or unqualified you feel like you may be. Showing up is half the battle⁣⁣

2021 is finally here! And with it comes a new energy to accomplish goals and develop new habits!

One habit that I’ve seriously taken on this year is so stop claiming that I’m not a “Morning Person”. Sometimes it’s difficult for me to wake up in the AM but I listened to a podcast today which shared a major point that really confirmed it for me.

“Why would you claim not to be a morning person when your whole goal should be to wake up every morning?”

This really resonated with me and it changed my perspective. Every day is a gift and we get to wake up, thank God for the opportunity and then go impact/inspire the world!

So much to be thankful for this year. Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays. Yea of course the food and spending time with loved ones is amazing. But Thanksgiving always falls on or around my mothers birthday. Mom, my greatest strengths come from you. You’re sweet and gentle yet tough and firm when you need to be. Thank you for leading by example and doing everything in your power to put your children in a position to succeed. I am the man i am today because of you! Happy Birthday Mom! I love you! 😘❤️
