As we come to the final close, we want to let you all know how much we appreciate you and thank you for trusting us with all of your healthcare needs over the years.
For release of medical records: Please email spitts@westridgefamilyclinic.com and we can forward your records to the provider of your choice.

As our clinic is getting close to our closing date, here are just a few reminders and updates:
-We are still open M-F, 8-5 but our phones are only open for calls between 8am-12pm.
-If you have already requested to pick up your records, they are printed and ready for pick up. Please pick up asap.
-If you have requested your records be sent to another provider, We have sent them so be sure to make any future appointments with that provider.
-If you have not requested your records, Please call us at 601-649-7600 between the hours of 8am-12pm and we will print them for you to pick up. (We can no longer send them to your new provider due to fax issues)
-Our last day to hand out records in office will be February 25th.
-If you have medicine stored here at the clinic, please pick up by February 25th. There will not be anyone available for future pick up.
-Please be sure to make any future refill appointments with your new provider.

Thank you for your patience as we all are transitioning.

After 33 years serving the Laurel community, Dr. Chris Mauldin will be retiring February 28, 2025. Please call us at 601-649-7600 if you would like your medical records transferred to another provider. Our phone hours have been changed to 8:00am-12:00pm until the end of February. It has been a pleasure serving the Laurel community for these many years.

DR MAULDIN IS FINALLY RETIRING!
We are so proud of Dr Mauldin and his many years of service!

But it is with great sadness to announce that Westridge Family Clinic will be closing our doors on February 28, 2025. Our goal is to make sure all of our patients are well taken care of past this date. Please start making your appointments now to establish with a new provider and let us know by calling 601-649-7600 who that provider is and we will be glad to Fax your records for your continued care. Also, please come by and pick up any medication you have stored with us. Thank you for the many years!

We will be closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day so our staff can enjoy time with their families.
We will also be closed the afternoon of New Year’s Eve and alll day New Year’s Day.
