For many of us, the relationship with our mother is layered — shaped by love, silence, sacrifice, or distance.
As we grow older, we begin to recognize how her story lives inside our own: in the ways we care, protect, retreat, and reach for connection. Healing the Mother Line offers space to face those truths with gentleness and love.
Throughout these five weeks, we’ll name the patterns we’ve inherited, acknowledge the pain we’ve avoided, and begin to release what no longer needs to be carried.
Participants will learn to:
• hold their mother’s humanity alongside their own
• find compassion without abandoning boundaries
• experience peace without avoidance
This is where grace meets truth. Where we honor her story, reclaim our own, and choose to carry love instead of weight. Both intellectual and intimate, this space invites us to imagine wholeness as resistance.
