Our staff is available 24-hours a day for help with bathing, dressing, medication reminders or other activities. We treat our residents as our own family offering highest quality of medical care and assistance but at the same time provide social and emotional development, assisting to true freedom in living at an Assisted Living. Our team consists of licensed health care providers and dedicated caregivers, our mission is to provide a homely, warm and loving place for our residents and maintain their respect and independence. Hi All,

Howard County Health Department will be holding a Pfizer booster shot clinic at our CRcare of Clarksville facility next week Thursday, October 7th 9:30am -12pm. Any family members, neighbors, friends, and relatives are welcome to come and receive the booster vaccine.

Anyone 18 or older who received Pfizer vaccine 6 months ago qualifies for this booster. Please use this link below to register or walk-in.
