She directs a team of diverse licensed professionals which specialize in both children and adult assessments, therapy and

medication management. Here are some tips you can use to get through these trying times. Take one day at a time. Stop watching the news. Start each day with a positive thought. Take small steps toward your goals. Thank God for your life. Find positive people to be around
Remember in life the only emergency you need to handle is yours. Do not except others emergency as your own. Stay calm and think things through. Above all if you find your own situation overwhelming so much that you feel you can't handle it seek help through family, friends or a professional counselor. Reach out for help! YOU ARE WORTH IT!!!
