I agree
Your child's IEPs probably mentions strengths.
And at first, that feels good.
But then the rest of the plan is built around everything your child struggles with.
Strengths get a few nice sentences…
and somehow disappear when it’s time to talk about goals, support, or where your child actually spends their day.
If you’ve ever left a meeting feeling there was a lot of talk about "fixing" your child, you’re not imagining it.
