Our Fall Equinox Sound Bath for balance and letting go is TOMORROW!! 🍁 ☯️
We are getting ready and are so excited!!
How can you get ready?

🍁Carve out plenty of time to be there a few minutes before 7pm.

☯️Dress in layers, as energy work can cause temperature shifts.

🍃 Bring something to lay on, like a mat or camping pad, blankets and pillows. Whatever will make you comfortable as you’re laying down and letting the sounds wash over you. 🎶 💦

🍂 Tissues and water, as energy work can be dehydrating and releasing. 💦

Recently, I’ve taken some courses, some I’m still in, and have received certifications that I’m really excited about!!
