Nothing can shift a mindset quicker than thinking about people and things we are grateful for.
Alex and I typically write something we’re grateful for in the fall and winter months. This month we chose a white pumpkin as our gratitude board.

Let the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gentle percussion guide you inward during the longest night of the year.
This session invites deep relaxation, grounding, and renewal as we honor the shifting of the seasons.

I’ve learned so much about healthy boundaries and self care for myself this year.
I know these are obvious , but we could always use refreshers.

If you are being abused, leave the relationship…no matter how hard it is! (Trauma bond is hard to explain to anyone who’s never gone through it.)

If you are overextended, something has to go.

You never regret social media detox.
