Reiki Master in 1998.

I am Patty Payne a Certified Reiki Master /Teacher in the healing arts of USUI Shiki Ryoho Reiki and Professional Member of the international Center for Reiki Training. Since then I have enjoyed sharing this gift of healing energy for those that want it. Reiki, a Japanese word, which means universal energy, helps to reduce pain, anxiety and stress; helps to increase vitality; and helps you to slee

p better at night. The process is safe, gentle and noninvasive; doesn’t interfere with any medication or therapy; and can only help you to feel better. The best way to get an understanding of Reiki is to experience it! Medical Disclosure

The Scorpio part of this moon suggests focusing on honesty, intimacy, and release, letting go of grudges, and indulging in solitary, rejuvenating activities. This bright moon could put a spotlight on what it is you really need in your life and what needs to go.
The Flower part of this Full Moon, symbolizes peak spring, abundance, and fertility, named for the vast amount of flowers blooming during this period. It marks a time for personal growth, new beginnings, and setting intentions, as nature enters a season of vibrant, high-energy expansion.
One more cool note about this full moon. This is the first of two full moons this month making it a double full moon month. According to the Old Farmer’s Almanac;
May 1: The first full moon, known as the Flower Moon.
May 31: The second full moon, known as a Blue Moon.

I love the way Reiki makes me feel. It raises my frequency and brings out the joy in the simplest things I do. Here is a short list of some ways to use Reiki for fun.
1. Reiki Arts And Crafts: Get creative and combine Reiki with art. paint, drawing, crafting or crocheting while channeling Reiki energy into your work.
2. Reiki On A Nature Walk: Take a walk in nature and practice Reiki on the go. You can send Reiki to the plants, trees, and earth as you walk.
3. Reiki While Cooking: Infuse your meals with Reiki energy as you cook. Set the intention for healing and nourishment as you prepare your food.
4. Reiki for your Pets: Spend time with your pets and share Reiki with them. Most animals are very receptive to Reiki energy.
5. Reiki your Plants: If you have houseplants or a garden, spend time giving Reiki to your plants. It can promote their growth and health.
6. Reiki As You Move And Grove: Incorporate Reiki into playing your favorite songs that make you want to sing and dance. Channel Reiki energy into each move and sound to deepen your practice and healing for fun.
