Who have we helped?
1. Adults who need a primary care doctor. (Annual visit, basic labs and someone to quickly and simply explain the results.) You're new to the area or you just never got a regular doc.
2. Adults who have multiple medications and multiple specialist doctors and they need someone to pull it all together for them in an organized way. You want help to make sense of the meds and why you are taking them and you don't quite understand what all your labs and tests mean or what to do about them.
3. You want to explore a lifestyle approach to health concerns such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, preventing dementia, fatty liver disease, depression and much more. Done in conjunction with the traditional approach. In many cases we can help you tackle these issues with lifestyle alone depending on how far your disease has progressed.
4. You just need a doc that you can call up or text periodically to pick their brain about a symptom.
5. You want evidenced based accountability to lifestyle changes. You want to walk with your doc and cook with your doc! Yup- we have done all these things!
