Bluestem is an incredibly friendly community, and we love welcoming newcomers! Come see our peaceful space, take a short sample class, and ask your questions at a free “orientation” we call Intro to Bluestem Yoga. Choose either Monday Jan 5 at 7pm or Sunday Jan 11 at 1pm. But think twice, b/c most people who come to this end up coming to Bluestem regularly! :-)

This post is for YOU if you've never been to Bluestem before. Bluestem is an incredibly friendly, mixed-age, mixed-gender community.✨ We do yoga for mental and physical health, and we do it together because it's just more fun! In January, we have two free "orientations", especially for those who are nervous about coming to a studio. Between now and then we have all of our regular classes, plus several seasonal special events. We're here for you during this stressful holiday season, and if you're longing for a "reset" in January, we'll be here then too.🙂
