Meet Suzi King, who brings her enthusiasm, humor, and Jazz Hands to Bluestem at least twice a week. Suzi teaches Vinyasa on Wednesday evenings, Hatha on Thursday evenings, and Vinyasa on Sunday mornings about once a month. NEW: Suzi's bringing an extra Power and Strength focus to her Vinyasa class on the last Wednesday of each month. "Be inspired, not scared," is what I say! You'll build stamina, strength, and flexibility. Plus, you'll have fun! 🫵 💪 🏋️‍♀️👯‍♀️

Jill has been coming to Bluestem since we opened. She has more than 400 classes but we changed booking systems nine months in, and everyone’s class count started over. Jill is smart and strong, tenacious yet grounded. She’s a trained yoga teacher too! We’re proud that she chooses Bluestem. :-)
