Popcorn season is upon us! The scouts of Cub Scout Pack 3370 - Lawrence, KS are working to pay their own way through their scouting adventures. We will be selling delicious popcorn and taking donations from 10am to 6pm today at the Walmart on Congressional. See you there!

Our signs are up and plans are made: This Thursday we welcome new scouts into Cub Scout Pack 3370 and we launch our Scouting year with a pack meeting full of games we play with family and friends.
Our New Scout Recruitment Night is at 5:30, and our August Pack Meeting is at 6:30. See you then!

Cub Scout Pack 3370 had a blast with our last event of the Summer, the "Pool, Pick Up, and Pizza Party"! We spent the afternoon swimming, then came to Deerfield Elementary to pick up trash on both playgrounds, all around the school, and at nearby Deerfield Park. The Deerfield PTO has chartered our pack since 1971. A scout is clean, helpful, and courteous, and we always leave a place better than we found it.
After the cleanup, we enjoyed a pizza dinner, then played on the playground while the adults prepared another amazing year of Scouting adventures, which all starts August 21st.

"Tiger Camp is the BEST!" "I want to come back next year!"
Last week our youngest scouts attended three days of the Heart of America Council's newest camp, Tiger Camp, made just for our Kindergarteners becoming 1st Graders. This day camp had everything, from Pirate Ship swimming pools, to Castles, to playing "Drip, Drip, Drench", to fun with Mom and Dad in the woods.

Happy Independence Day!
The scouts of Cub Scout Pack 3370 led a century old tradition on Wednesday, raising the flag at the Lawrence City Band concert. They drew praise from many in the audience, enjoyed the beautiful music, and had lots of fun together.
