This weekend filled my heart in ways I’m still processing. The 3rd Inclusive Winter Market was more than an event, it was community, care, and collective abundance in motion. 💚

I’m deeply grateful to everyone who stopped by for a chair massage, tried the Balance Relieve & Release, shared kind words, or simply showed love. Hearing people say “This helped so much” or “I didn’t know I needed this” is everything. I was reminded why I do this work.

Huge gratitude to Monique Mercurio for creating a space where vendors didn’t just show up, we thrived. You poured your heart into this and it showed. 💚 And a special shoutout to Sherell Yarbough Owner of Sherell's Custom Treats, we made an incredible team as Market Coordinators. 💚 I’m proud of the care and organization we all poured into this weekend to make sure vendors and community members felt supported from start to finish.

Seeing vendors sell out, families supported, and community members choosing local businesses was powerful and inspiring.

Thank you to the vendors, sponsors, and the Lawrence community for showing up with intention and heart. This is what it looks like when we choose community. 💚

A little transparency moment…I’ve been quiet, but that’s because I’ve been locked in on finishing this semester strong. Next week I’m on track to close it out with a 4.0, and whew…your girl is feeling all of it.

People see me move through life as a wife, mother, employee, business owner, MSW student, practicum student and sometimes they tell me I make it look easy. But the truth?
It is NOT easy and it does get heavy.
It’s discipline. It’s intention. It’s me chasing my dreams.

But I’m learning to give myself grace. To do whatever helps me keep going. It’s okay to slow down. It’s okay to ask for help. It’s ok to take care of you.

If you’re carrying a lot too, hear me:
You’re not weak.
You’re not behind.
You’re not failing.
You’re just human and doing your best under weight most people will never understand. We don’t always talk about it, but know you’re not alone.
