I am a therapist with over 20 years of clinical and administrative experience committed to helping clients learn healthy coping skills to manage the stressors of daily life and to improve their well-being. My work focuses on helping clients (ages 16 and up) challenge ineffective thoughts, habits and beliefs to move towards increased life satisfaction. I am passionate about helping those with anxiety, trauma, depression, health conditions, and life transitions move towards creating and maintaining emotional wellness. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals. I am supportive and direct in how I communicate and want for therapy to be a safe place for the clients I serve.
