That’s why Abby faciliates Release & Recharge, a 12-week small group program (capped at 8 humans) designed to help you:

🌿 Regulate your nervous system
🌿 Release stress + what feels stuck
🌿 Build tools you can return to anytime

Each week blends somatic practices, nervous system education, and supportive group connection — all within a safe, structured container.

Weekly themes include:
⁃ Breath + movement
⁃ Autogenics and biofeedback
⁃ Expressive meditation (shaking + dancing)
⁃ Imagery + visualization
⁃ Befriending emotions
⁃ Generational healing (genograms)
⁃ Nutrition
⁃ Spirituality
⁃ Creative practices like drawing to access unconscious wisdom.

You may have seen her at elevate as a 5 year old at our very beginnings in 2010 or possibly at the front desk, perhaps you have seen her facilitating a float or a sauna, maybe she checked you in and out during your last massage…Now she’s a massage school graduate. I’ll never forget the day she looked at me at elevate and said, ”Mom, I wanna go to massage school” my thoughts and feelings swirled together with a bit of surprise and a lot of, “ of course”. The first time she gave me a massage she was at the very beginning of school and I remember thinking. Fabulous quality of touch and presence but we will have work to get her ready for our clients. The second massage she gave me months later I literally cried with relief and joy. I kept saying, “ You are so good” again with a bit of surprise and a lot of, “of course”. Gaia has surprised and delighted me many times over the past 21 years. Her strength, intuition, integrity and creative flow come through in her quality of touch and presence. I actually can’t wait to get another massage from her. I’m going to get that booked today. Her books are open beginning June 1st. Just waiting on some city licensing.
