We are partnering up with Evan Cleveland to offer two new services✨:

Soft Tissue Release Therapy → A passive stretching movement therapy which includes capsule rotations, fascial release, and breath work. Custom designed to improve range of motion and create space and ease in the body.

Functional Mobility Therapy → Active participation of soft tissue release therapy. Included but not limited to: movement, stretching, Myofascial release, capsule rotation, and strengthening therapies.

Evan is availability M-F from 7am-7pm. Schedule with him online to mobilize and strengthen in the new year.
